Cameron. — The Lord Ordinary approves of the Auditor's Report on the Account of Expenses for defender Francis Minchella, No. 11 of process; and decerns against the pursuer for payment to the said defender of the sum of Sixty-six pounds one shilling and five pence sterling being the taxed amount thereof.
