    12th December 1929. — LORD MONCRIEFF. — Act. Cameron. — The Lord Ordinary approves of the Auditor's Report on the Account of Expenses for defender Francis Minchella, No. 11 of process; and decerns against the pursuer for payment to the said defender of the sum of Sixty-six pounds one shilling and five pence sterling being the taxed amount thereof.

    17th December 1929. — LORD MONCRIEFF. — Act. Clyde. — The Lord Ordinary approves of the Auditor's Report on the Account of Expenses for the defender David Stevenson, No. 13 of process; and decerns against the pursuer for payment to said defender of the sum of Forty-two pounds, four shillings and ten pence, being the taxed amount of said expenses.
