Human Rights Consortium Scotland
The Human Rights Consortium Scotland is a network of charities, voluntary organisations, faith groups, academic networks and professional associations which aims to protect and promote human rights in Scotland. The briefings and consultation responses on the website are of particular interest, along with the sections on incorporating human rights. An e-newsletter and podcast are also available.
Scottish Human Rights Commission
This regularly updated website is the official site of Scotland's very own human rights commission, recognised as a national human rights institution (NHRI). Of particular use are the consultation responses and reports by the Commission, details of its legal and policy work, and Scotland’s National Action Plan for Human Rights (SNAP).
UK Human Rights Blog
This excellent blog is written by members of 1 Crown Office Row (a barristers' chamber). It has a searchable archive of case reports and commentary, which dates back to 1998. You can subscribe to weekly updates by e-mail and listen to the associated podcast, Law Pod UK.
