This group aims to standardise documentation commonly used in property transactions to save time and manage risk. To that end, the site offers style letters of obligation, due diligence questionnaire, completion checklist and SDLT documentation. Since 2020, this has included a new suite of protocols which can be used by for delivery of completion documents and digital submissions to Registers of Scotland.

The Registers of Scotland is responsible for property registers and registers of other legal documents. Through the site, access may be had to various online services, information about trends on property prices, news and detailed information for professionals and the public on a range of registration issues.
