Housing and Property Chamber

The First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber) performs the functions which used to be carried out by the Private Rented Housing Panel (“prhp”) and the Homeowner Housing Panel (“hohp”). The chambers deals with a variety of matters, including repairs, property factors duties, rent assessment and evictions. The website includes details of how to apply to the Tribunal, a news section, and a searchable decisions database.
